It works exactly like the original. Dump out all the tiles, make sure they’re all face down, collect 11 to 21 tiles (depending on how many people are playing), and race to start arranging your tiles into a word grid.

If you use up the tiles in your hand, say “PEEL” and everyone collects one tile. If you can’t use a tile, say “DUMP” and return it for three other tiles.

Once there are fewer tiles in the bunch than there are players, the first to use ALL their tiles wins the game!
